Plastering a Curved Ceiling and Alcove

A recent project for one of our customers saw us having to plaster an existing lathed curved ceiling. This was done using 3mm flexible plasterboards, bonding plaster and a lot of expertise

This is the type of work that having a Level 3 Advanced Craft qualification prepares you for.

All in all, another very happy customer.

Curves, curves and more curves

Bringing out the Advanced Craft Level 3 training to carry out these recent projects involving curved ceilings. Not one of the easiest of jobs to do if you don’t have the skills or confidence. Luckily it’s something we are good at

Bedroom plastering in North Leeds

It’s always good to get called back by customers to carry out more work for them. We have previously plastered the box room for this client and now we returned to plaster one of the main bedrooms. The ceiling was over boarded and skimmed. The walls needed patching up, a bonding adhesive applying and then skimming.

Thanks to Dave Tiffany at DMT Decorating for preparing the walls for us by removing the very stubborn paper.

Here’s a selection of photos of our finished work.
